Bio

Dr. Niamh Keogh is a Postdoctoral Associate at the Laboratory for Aviation and the Environment, in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics, MIT. Her research focuses on sustainable aviation fuel supply chains, including techno-economics and lifecycle assessment. Before joining MIT, Dr. Keogh received a BS and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Galway, Ireland. During her PhD, she investigated the impact of biomethane injection into the gas network and its use as a fuel for heavy duty vehicles, focusing on techno-economics and lifecycle assessment.
